ISMS Declaration

I will:

• take personal responsibility for security and use good security practices
• pause and think about the risks before I connect to the Internet
• lock my computer or laptop when unattended
• protect my mobile device by activating security features such as using a password and anti-lock, anti-virus software, and remote wipe
• use strong passwords and create a separate one for each account and , wherever possible, use multi-factor authentication.
• never share my password
• follow my BSL's ISMS policy and promptly report all security incidents or concerns to my organization's security and/or IT office or CISO
• safeguard sensitive data from any inappropriate disclosure
• never post personal, sensitive, or non-public information on social media
• never participate in any cyber bullying activities
• refrain from clicking on hyperlinks in suspicious emails
• never open an emailed Zip file from unknown sources
• never reply to an email asking for any password
• not keep sensitive file on the desk and in work area
• raise awareness of good security practices among my colleagues
• timely check isms website for ISMS related information.
